Sachi will check in on your progress daily and answer any questions you may have as well as provide you with encouragement and motivation to get you through your workouts!

PROPER TECHNIQUE GUIDENCE

Sachi will demonstrate and teach you how to perform exercises with correct form and technique. She will then monitor your performance and correct anything you may be doing incorrectly

MEAL & WORKOUT PLAN

You will be provided with a meal and workout plan based on your package and based on your personal information, and you will be required to follow it as frequently as mentioned.
